It took me a little to figure it out, because I've never trash cans referred to as baskets, but I think this is a "don't litter" lesson.

    When I was a kid, many people called trash cans "waste baskets" or "trash baskets." I hadn't thought about it till you mentioned it, but you don't hear people say that anymore.
