Like all painting jobs, it took longer than I thought it would and it took more coats of paint than I thought it would, but the guest bedroom closet is no longer pink. That's one more item off of our to-do list.
I think this pink paint was fairly new. The people who owned the house before us had a little girl and this was her room. The whole room was probably pink at one point, but they realized it'd be hard to sell with a pink bedroom.
But, other than for a little princess room, I have no idea why you would paint any room pink. Vintage pink tile in the bathroom, maybe. Pink paint, no.
I wish someone was marking things off my to-do list! And I wish I knew why that Pepto Bismol pink was so popular at one time. What's up with that?
